Software access is provided on a subscription basis, subject to individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed during onboarding.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The original content, features, and functionality of the platform—including our proprietary data visualization algorithms and AI models—are and will remain the exclusive property of Lumina Dash and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Lumina Dash, you represent and warrant that:

• Data provided for visualization is lawfully obtained and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You will not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumina Dash, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.
